Macro Center for Training and Human Resources Development
Introduction
The Macro Center is a national training center with regional dimensions. It aims at providing professional training services with high-quality standards to enable the trainees to carry out comprehensive development tasks in Sudan and other neighboring countries as well. The center is officially registered under the Ministry of Justice and furtherly endorsed by the National Council for Training. The center specialized in enhancing and inculcating analytical and job performance skills in human resources by concentrating on the overall methodology of planning and its related techniques of different levels. The center uniquely focuses its work on multilevel comprehensive development planning ranging from training on the methodology and techniques, preparation of various development plans, monitoring, and evaluation of action plans of different fields and levels. With this, the center is becoming a unique and pioneering center rendering the training services of comprehensive development planning at different levels and various fields. In addition, the Center contributes to the institutional building by conducting conferences, professional seminars, and workshops in the socioeconomic, and environmental fields. The center has a distinguished broad diverse knowledge-based list including academic elites and professional experts specialized in all related areas of development fields locally, regionally, and internationally.

Our Services
The Macro center provides training and consultancy services with a high level of quality that enable trainees to acquire deep knowledge and skills in their field of work, as per the requirements of their institutions and organizations. These services can be summarized as follows:
- Organizing centralized training courses which are announced annually in the context of the Macro center training program for the development sector.
- Preparing and carrying out contractual training courses as per the needs of institutions and development projects.
- Providing preparatory courses for professional exams of CMA, CPA, CIA, SOCPA, CTP, PMP, and languages certificates.
- Conducting researches and studies as well as baseline surveys.
- Identifying training needs and preparing accordingly the required training programs.
- Measuring and evaluating the impact of training programs.
- Developing and drafting curriculums and training materials siting different training programs.
- Organizing various events and activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops and symposiums covering different development fields.
- Cooperating bilaterally with all partners in the provision of trainers and training materials and other technical helps as per their requirements.
- Providing training cum plans preparation to human resources in the fields of planning and development processes in general.
Training Categories
The Macro center is a leading training center preparing the needed caders in both public and private sectors by providing public training courses or in-house training courses upon request. It provides suitable courses that match the beneficieries’ needs, presented with high-quality standards by the national and international training experts. The Macro center is also an accredited training provider of international certificates and preparatory courses for obtaining international professional certificates in collaboration with the concerned institutions regionally and internationally. Organizational Chart
The administrative structure of the center consists of the board of directors at the top of the pyramid, followed by the executive director and three specialized departments: namely, the technical department, the administrative department, and the financial department. The elements of the administrative structure of the center can be clarified as follows:

the management of the center consists of the general directorate headed by a national specialist with deep and vast experience in training. The center administrative structure has three departments: namely, technical, administrative and financial together collectively form the overall management of the center.
Experts (Trainers and Consultants)
The Macro center accommodates a network of qualified and experienced trainers. These trainers are well-known in their field of specialization. The Macro center has a comprehensive database of national experts in different fields of development and planning. Trainers selected for carrying out the training courses are derived from this database according to tailored criteria siting each training course.
Future Vision
The Macro center has an ambitious future vision for expansion locally by opening branches of the center in all federal states of Sudan. In addition, it has the capacity to establish smart partnerships with similar centers in neighboring countries to develop joint cooperation and exchange expertise and experiences in all development areas and it’s related training needs, in planning and implementation so as to serve the common interests and sharing the benefits mutually.
